Bachelor`s degree in Engineering or Finance with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for project cost control or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification.

Minimum (5) years extensive experience in cost budgeting and financial forecasting, ability to analyse cost trends and implement cost-saving strategies in onshore oil and gas projects particularly in fabrication & construction project execution. Strong understanding of contract management and financial reporting.

Knowledge of risk assessment and cost control methodologies.
