Project Coordinator (Piping/Structure Coordinator):

Experience: 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and 5 years as construction or project coordinator.

Education: Engineering diploma or equivalent, certification in Project management Professional (PMP)

Relevant areas of expertise:

Ensure that procurement, engineering, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning of projects allocated to the department are done in line with Company referential, HSE rules including referential.

Oversee project procurement management (anticipation as key factor)

Budget Construction, monitoring and control (CAPEX and OPEX cost)

Monitor project progress and handle any issue that arise

Interface Management / Stakeholder Management / Communication skills / reporting

Master in Cause Tree Analyses / Return of Experience / Job Risk Assessment / Kick Off Meeting

Preparation, monitoring, and control of all necessary documentation related to entity activities (Procedures, Close out Report…..)

Prepare and updates project forecasts and progress reports, present them to management with recommendations for corrective actions

Candidate must be rigorous, pro-active, keen to work with multiple entities outside his department

Knowledge of operational tools / systems / programs

SAP

Microsoft office software’s (Words, excel, PowerPoint……)

Documentation management software (PRODOM or similar)
