HSE Responsibility:
- Responsible to edit preliminary Job Risk Assessment for the RFM in liaise with the HSE.
- In absence of the supervisor:
- Ensures that the health and safety of all personnel under their control is never compromised.
- Ensures all employees and visitors to the site and company represents comply with the Company’s HSE policies and safe systems of work.
- Compliance with all relevant legislative requirements.
- Maintains operating practices which meet the company ´s health, safety and environmental standards.
- Ensures that all new employees and contractors receive relevant induction training and the required habilitation.
- Ensures all reported hazards, incidents, anomalies and near misses are promptly reported, investigated and appropriate corrective action undertaken in a timely manner.
- Identifies of potential hazards through regular workplace inspections and implements corrective actions.
- Participates and leads Safety Tool box.
- Encourages employee participation in safety and environment awareness, through programs and other initiatives.
- Is always willing to coach employees on any dangers and likely hoods of occurrences during the course of their works or operations.
- Ensures that all employees under his/ her control understands exactly what it his/ she is required to do and means to be taken to complete the task safely.
- Ensures that at no time does production requirements infringe on safety standards that are to be followed at all time.
- Writes on a daily basic risks analysis for specific intervention.
- Advices, while permit to work redaction, the specific trade measures to establish and ensures tools adequacy.
- Ensures to follow the work permit procedure.
Operations :
- Is responsible of the request for modification / Avis preparation entrusted to him in terms of:
- Technical field survey.
- Definition of the means needs (schedule, task sheet, position, qualification of Personnel).
- Definition of the material needs (consumables and main equipment).
- Check and comments of engineering document.
- Validation of the technical choices done during the studies/engineering phase.
- Compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Coordination between the 4 FPSO in terms of E&I jobs.
- Offshore interface client for preparation before the jobs.
- End of works file preparation and completion (DFA).
- He is the customer’s primary contact for the studies / preparation of the RFM under its charge, so he is the Guarantor of good customer relations and studies quality management.
- He can be mobilized to the worksite to take the place of field construction supervisor.
- He is the field customer’s primary contact for the worksites under its charge, so he is the guarantor of good customer relation.
- Reports to the Project Manager any interfaces problems between the worksites and the organization.
Quality Assurance:
- Applies the rules described in the QAP and the ITP and ensures their compliance.
- Participate on corrective actions and / or preventive actions specific to the contract under its charge in collaboration with the Contract Manager.
- He participate with the Company QA/QC inspector on the quality inspection of materiel received and on works completion.
- Manages the quality records specific to the worksites and ensures their archiving.
Qualification:
- High school diploma in Electricity or equivalent.
- Professional training in instrumentation and AutoCAD.
Experience:
- 10 + years in intrumentation maintenance in oil/gas.
- 3-5 years in planning electrical/ instrumentation maintenance.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Skilled in IT tools and safety procedures.
