Role:
To manage and coordinate all logistics operations related to the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transportation of personnel and equipment. The coordinator will oversee vehicle availability, maintenance, documentation, and support onshore operations.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the company’s fleet (light and heavy vehicles), ensuring operational readiness and preventive maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate staff transportation between operational bases and work sites.
• Monitor vehicle usage through GPS and telematics systems.
• Manage fuel consumption, vehicle documentation, insurance, and technical inspections.
• Liaise with transport service providers and maintenance workshops.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and internal company policies.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support internal and external audits related to transport logistics.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical certifications in fleet management or transport operations are a plus.
• Understanding of transport laws, customs regulations, HSE standards.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in vehicle or fleet operations.
• Prior experience in oil & gas or industrial maintenance environments is highly valued.
• Experience with logistic systems such as SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written).
• English proficiency is essential for technical documentation and international coordination.
